This amount covers the inscription fees, the banquet, the ice-breaking cocktail and the coffee-breaks during the conference.
- early bird, until July 31st : academic/companies 400€, student 300€
- late bird, after July 31st : academic/companies 500€, student 400€

No refund is unfortunately possible.
Submit an abstract
IMPORTANT: please use the following LaTeX template for your abstract submission.
Please submit your abstract using the form. The deadline for submission is April the 1st. The scientific committee will review the applications and notify you of the selection before May the 1st.
In anticipation of high number of request we restrict to one contribution per registered participant (presentation or poster) .
There are about 60 slots for talks and 20 posters.
When submitting your abstract, please choose between:
- presentation only
- presentation or poster
- poster only
If you choose “presentation or poster”, you could be proposed to present a poster if you are not selected by the scientific committee for an oral presentation.
Contrarily with “presentation only” then your abstract will not be considered for a poster presentation if you are not elected for an oral presentation.
